About Good Call
Good Call is practice for judgement. Each scenario is a moment where the right thing to do is not obvious, or is obvious and still hard. You choose, and then you see the reasoning.
It starts with consent, because that is where a bad call does the most harm, and because it is for everyone. Anyone can misjudge a situation. Anyone can have their own boundary ignored.
The work scenarios are for people preparing for job applications and training, especially anyone who does not get the extra time or support to prepare. That includes many neurodivergent applicants. Timed tests reward people who already know the unwritten rules. Good Call writes the rules down.
How it works
- No timer. Take as long as you need.
- Every answer comes with its reason, the good ones too.
- One go at each scenario. Once you lock in an answer, it stays.
- No account. Your progress is saved in this browser.
How answers are judged
Real situations are rarely just right or wrong, so there are three verdicts:
- Good call. The choice that respects everyone involved and solves the problem.
- Could be better. It avoids the worst outcome but leaves something undone.
- Not the best call. It is likely to hurt someone, or you.
Every answer has its reason. The reason is the point, not the score.
What this is not
- Not legal advice. Where a law is mentioned, it is the law in England and Wales unless it says otherwise.
- Not a qualification. Finishing a set does not certify anything.
- Not a mark scheme. Employers score their own tests in their own way.
- Not yet reviewed. These scenarios are first versions. They have not been checked by a consent educator, a lawyer or a recruiter.

Your answers
You get one go at each scenario. Once you lock in an answer it cannot be changed, so your result is your real first judgement. Your answers and reading settings are saved in this browser only. Nothing is sent anywhere, there is no account and no tracking. To remove your answers, use "Clear my answers and start this set again" on a set's page.
